Studying in Ottersberg as an immigrant-resident

6,4 % of our students are immigrant-residents from about 20 different nations - with a rising tendency. We welcome and support the enriching exchange with people from different cultures, point of views and backgrounds. We are happy about applications from foreign countries.

Foreign exams

If you don`t have a german passport and if you did not take the german exams that enable you to attend a university/college here, we will inspect if you fulfil the conditions of an access into a german university/college.

Please enclose the following in your application:

- a hand-written, tabulated curriculum vitae
- certified copies of your exams, accomplished years at university/college, training/s etc.
- 2 photos/passport size
- a proof of your german skills, prooved through: the passed DSH- exam or the passed “Test Deutsch als Fremdsprache“ (TestDaF); level 4

Applicants from China: please send a certificate from the “Akademische Prüfstelle Peking“ (APS).
